Requirements of TwinFitness Elite Coaching program for local individuals:

  • Train or check-in once per week
  • Attend 2 Cardio Coach Classes per week
  • Attend ALL posing sessions
  • Have an individual nutrition prep consultation
  • Be considerate and friendly to all competitors, trainers, and judges at every show. TwinFitness Elite Coaching Team prides themselves on not only being very competitive, but also kind and courteous.
Requirements of TwinFitness Elite Coaching program for Long Distance training:

  • Phone check-in once per week
  • Email current photo and ALL nutrition and exercise journals before your scheduled phone check-in
  • Attend one TwinFitness bikini / figure seminar
  • Individual nutritional prep consultation

Elite Coaching Competition Training Package

In addition to your weight training and weekly body fat testing, Elite Coaching provides you with the following contest preparation:

  • Suit selection or rental
  • Suit alterations
  • 10 weeks of posing sessions
  • Shoe and jewelry selection
  • Posing video analysis
  • Backstage prep and all day coaching
  • Final week nutrition
  • Weight training workouts designed specifically for show training and include workout splits and dates
