    • Weekly online check-ins using your very own mobile app.

  • Monthly phone conference calls (led by one of the Trasey Twins) to discuss detailed questions/concerns as a group.

  • Includes 2 posing seminars or stage prep courses (pink level is only 1)

What is “All day coaching?"

When it's time for the big event, we'll be there all day to coach you, hold your hand through the process, and prep you prior to going on stage. Whether it’s adding the last minute flair to your posing, suit adjustments, or hair and make-up fixes we will be there.   We limit the number of participants because we want to help all of our competitors get the best results!   We know support is crucial when you are pushing yourself to your limit and stepping out of your  comfort zone in the name of excellence.  It takes specific expertise and coaching when your personal  appearance is literally going under the spot light – our years of training, coaching and performing have  given us the insight and experience to help you do your best.    As one competitor puts it, “priceless!”

Being an elite coach provides me the opportunity to help ladies push to a better, stronger, and more fit version of themselves.  I enjoy the personal relationships I have developed with the ladies guiding them through this amazing journey...both as a coach and as a friend.  Competing in a show can be a very exciting and scary time for many and nothing is more amazing than knowing you have a group of "sisters" that will always be there to motivate you, cheer you on and not let you quit...that is what TwinFitness Elite Coaching is ALL about!!
