Requirements for competitors wanting to take it to the next level:

• Do a warm-up show beofore heading to Nationals (March 16th and April 6th)

• Continue your training throughout the year. Consistency over time!

• Must be an Elite Purple or Elite Pink member

We are looking for those competitors that want exciting/different programs with variety in nutrition, cardio and strength training.  We're creating tailored programs that will fit your body type and get you fast results in a very creative fashion. We have had  a great/successful 2012 with over 100 competitors and over 20 first place trophies and 3 Team awards.  Now we're looking forward to making 2013 even better! 

We are looking for girls who want every last minute detail taken care of back stage...from hair/make up, to suits tied correctly to moral support from not only her trainer but also her team mates.

We are looking for those that want to be part of a team of AMAZING girls/women that lend support, give each other confidence and become part of our family!  We are creating the BEST team of women working together for 2013! Don't miss out because we will not accept everyone - only those that want to commit to being better.
