Question: What is your diet plan like?

Answer: Our nutrition plan is easy to follow with normal everyday food.  Everyone has a very individualized program based on your results.

Question: Do you consult with people outside the KC area?

Answer: Yes, we do weekly phone check-ins.  During the phone interview we would review food journals, weight, and body fat, (that were sent via email in advance) and make changes to your program.

Question: How does the exercise portion work?

Answer: We have created a 12 week program, designed for competitors that has proven successful.  Our Competition Package and Seminars include workouts, body part splits, and a schedule.   You will receive a workout program designed solely for competitors.  This ensures that all our competitors are completing the correct exercises to get them "show ready".

Question: I'm considering doing a competition. How do I get more information?

Answer: We offer 30 minute consultations to sit down and chat with us about your goals and what it takes to be a competitor. However, we strongly suggest you attend a seminar. Even if you decide you do not want to compete, you will learn valuable information about nutrition, exercise and motivation to take you to the next level.

Question: What body fat percentage is the average competitor?  

Answer: Everyone starts and ends at different body fats.  Some girls will start as high as 25 to 30% and reach their goal of 10 to 15%.  No matter what level of  fitness you are currently in, TwinFitness gets you in competition shape.
