Due to the overwhelming success TwinFitness has realized in competition training, we recently created an Elite Coaching Program designed specifically to train girls for figure and bikini competitions mainly in the central US, including Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, and Nebraska. The TwinFitness Elite Coaching Team is designed to take "normal" groups of girls that include students, business owners, stay-at-home moms, cheerleaders, athletes, and turn them into highly-competitive figure and bikini competitors. Let Elite Coaching guide you through one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. With the correct guidance on nutrition, weight training and cardio, ANYONE can be a competitor. On average, a girl will lose 25 to 45 lbs. and drop an average 10% to 15% body fat during the 14-week process. Most individuals who are interested in competing have a body fat range of 22% to 28% and will end up competing at a body fat of 10% to 15%. TwinFitness has been training girls to perform at shows since 2001 with an average of 85% of our girls placing in the top 5 at every show.
TwinFitness Elite Coaching will, on average, attend 4 shows a year. The first show of the year usually falls in April and they continue until late October.
