12 Week Group Training Package


Introductory Rate of $199 per month

Studio Clients:

$199/month (Value of $500)

  1. 2x per week small group training and BootCamp on Saturday at 9am.
  2. Different meal plans/menu
  3. Cardio and strength training changing monthly
  4. Once a month check-ins at 12pm on Thursday

  5. Email support, text messaging, assigned coach for support.
  6. Refer anyone and received 50% off one month small group training!


Online Distance Option:

$79/month (Value of $400)

  1. Different meal plans/menu
  2. Cardio and Strength Training Programs
  3. Email support and text messaging, assigned coach for extra support.
  4. Weekly check-in reporting every Thursday by 12pm to your assigned coach (optional but recommended).

Guidelines:

  1. This is a 12 week plan. You must have a credit card on file so we can set you up on Auto Pay. You will be charged monthly.
  2. We welcome you to stay in your group at the regular Small Group Training Monthly Rate.
  3. All questions should be emailed to: thetwins@twinfitness.com.
  4. Body fat will NOT be taken during your small group training. You must attend a check-in to get you body fat tested (see above for the dates).
