Question: How many days per week do I have to workout to get results?

Answer: Come in ONE TIME per week and supplement with home workouts. Seriously. With an expertly designed program, you will get results. Want more results faster? We can help you with that too. Call us and tell us your goals and we’ll give you several options.

Question: How much do your programs cost?

Answer: We have programs that start at $6.25 per cardio class and $35 per session for training. We even have weekly check-ins and on-line check-ins for $20

Question: Can I come in for just a nutritional consultation?

Answer: Yes. We offer nutritional consultation. Nutrition is 80% of your results, and TwinFitness is about results.

Question: What is your diet plan like?

Answer: Our nutrition plan is easy to follow with normal everyday food, something everyone will enjoy. You won’t starve; you won’t have to eat horrible-tasting food substitutes.

Question: What should I expect to do during my training session?

Answer: We have a type of training style like NO other training studio around. We are creative, so you never get bored but also give you different options from beginner to advanced.

Question: How intense is the workout?

Answer: You won’t notice. You’ll be having too much fun. You’ll just be sweaty at the end.

Answer: We strive to make your workout the most fun hour of your day. Your fitness level will dictate what you do. From ball squats to push-ups to Pilates exercises, we have you covered.
