What is a session with a Personal Trainer Like?

Sessions with a TwinFitness personal trainer last about an hour. We are firm believers in consistency over time. Our sessions are geared 100% toward your goals, making sure you are making progress, looking at hurdles, measuring (feedback is so important) and evaluating what we are doing together to get you closer to your goals. We push you to push yourself. You’ll sweat and your muscles may hurt. It is all part of the process of changing your body and making progress toward your goals. We’ll show you how to do the exercises properly, to avoid injury. Each session will be motivational and inspirational.
