A personal trainer may use various training methods, nutritional guidelines and motivations to help clients progress at a safe and steady pace. A personal trainer will create an individual strength training program, cardiovascular activity plan and dietary guidelines to meet stated goals of weight loss, health, building muscle or competition performance.
 
The relationship that exists between the personal trainer and client is an important one. You must feel comfortable and safe with your trainer. Confidence is another important factor to consider when hiring a personal trainer.
 
 

What is a session with a Personal Trainer Like?

Sessions with a TwinFitness personal trainer last about an hour. We are firm believers in consistency over time. Our sessions are geared 100% toward your goals, making sure you are making progress, looking at hurdles, measuring (feedback is so important) and evaluating what we are doing together to get you closer to your goals. We push you to push yourself.  You’ll sweat and your muscles may hurt. It is all part of the process of changing your body and making progress toward your goals. We’ll show you how to do the exercises properly, to avoid injury. Each session will be motivational and inspirational.
