Kristie and Michelle are going global, or at least their expertise is!

The Professional Fitness Institute (PFI), in conjunction with McGraw Hill publishing, and Tele-com are writing a series of eight books designed for professional personal trainers. PFI has asked Kristie and Michelle to lend their subject matter expertise to the content provided in the first two books in the series. Book one entitled “Business Management for the Fitness Professional” will pull valuable content from the Twin’s positive experiences in running a successful personal training company. Book two’s content, focusing on nutrition, again leans heavily on sound advice and the proven techniques employed by the Twin’s. The Twins’ hard work creates positive exposure in the public eye           

Knowledge and business experience have given the twins the opportunity to be featured in numerous publications. A photo shoot for Flex magazine accompanied an article about their life as twin sisters who own a personal training business together. Kansas City’s 435 Magazine included an article about their background in the fitness industry and opening their business. Kristie was quoted in numerous publications throughout the nation regarding the health and social benefits of walking. These included Pennsylvania’s Times Leader, Rhode Island’s Providence Journal, Texas’ Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, California’s Orange County Register, and The Kansas City Star.  The twins have also participated in several fundraising events, including Kansas City Chief Will Shields’ Will to Succeed Foundation.

Reputation has brought much opportunity in the fitness industry

The reputation the twins have acquired as an extremely successful business and the positive results they have helped clients to achieve have led them down many different avenues. With their experience in figure competitions they have trained 100+ girls in the past 5 years and have been able to being home trophies with more than 80% of these girls. This experience has brought invitations to bigger shows, such as the Arnold Classic and the Olympia where they have assisted competitors backstage. They have tanned such professional competitors as Monica Brant, Jenny Lynn, Elaine Goodlad, and Jen Hendershott.
