The Twins
The Twins are more than just certified personal trainers, small group instructors, and nutritionists—they are both former IFBB Bikini Pros, and were the first set of sisters to both earn that prestigious title!

We coach women competing in ANY city.
You’ll receive virtual show-day support for all out-of-town shows. -
Perfect — most athletes start with zero experience.
We teach everything: posing, structure, nutrition, cardio, stage presence, suit selection, glam, and peak week planning. -
Weekly check-ins + additional communication as needed during peak week.

We are limiting enrollment for 2026 to ensure individualized coaching attention. We are capping the team at 15 competitors.
